Are my watches compatible?

Yes, in the vast majority of cases. The cushions adjust to all bracelet sizes and the rotation programs cover most automatic movements. For a caliber with specific recommendations, write to us with the reference: we will reply within one business day.

How does a watch winder work on a daily basis?

You place the watch on its cushion, choose a program, and then you don't have to think about it anymore. The rotors replicate wrist movement by alternating directions of rotation.

Is it really quiet?

Our models are equipped with Japanese Mabuchi motors, designed for smooth and imperceptible rotation. This is the point our customers mention most often.

Can it damage my watches?

No. Rotation programs prevent unnecessary strain on the mainspring, and suede or microfiber interiors ensure that no abrasive surface touches the case or bracelet.

How many watches can it hold?

It depends on the model: the capacity is indicated on each product sheet. Count one rotor per watch worn regularly, with the resting slots accommodating the others.

How do I maintain it?

A soft, dry, lint-free cloth for leather and wood; lightly dampened, with no excess water, for suede. No abrasive or chemical products.

What are your shipping times and costs?

Free shipping is available throughout Europe. Your order will be dispatched within 24 to 48 hours and delivered within 6 to 12 business days, with tracking to your door.

What if the model is not suitable?

You have 30 days from receipt to exchange or return it for a full refund. Each piece is covered by a 2-year manufacturer's warranty.
