Right to cancel – 14 days
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.
After notifying us, you have an additional 14 days to return the item.
Return conditions
The product must be returned:
- in its original condition
- unused and unwashed
- with original packaging
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
The return must be sent using a tracked shipping method.
All return requests must be made by email at support@ardentheritage.com, including your order number and reason for return.
Faulty or defective items
If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us with photos.
You are entitled to:
- a full refund within 30 days
- or a replacement
Non-returnable items
- Products that have been used, opened, or damaged by the customer
- Personalized or custom-made items
